## FAQ

### Why isn't removing the visible logo enough?

The visible sparkle and the invisible SynthID signal are separate. Deleting the corner logo leaves SynthID in the pixels, so the image can still be flagged as AI-made.

### Is removal guaranteed?

No. SynthID is engineered to survive edits, so no tool can guarantee complete removal on every image. Our advanced removal is effective but honest about its limits.

### Do you keep my files?

We don’t keep your images — files aren’t stored after you download. Cleaned images aren't stored on our servers.

### What formats work?

PNG, JPG and WebP, up to 25 MB.

### Is it legal?

Only remove marks from content you own or are allowed to edit.
