Frequently asked
- Why isn't removing the visible logo enough?
- The visible sparkle and the invisible SynthID signal are separate. Deleting the corner logo leaves SynthID in the pixels, so the image can still be flagged as AI-made.
- Is removal guaranteed?
- No. SynthID is engineered to survive edits, so no tool can guarantee complete removal on every image. Our advanced removal is effective but honest about its limits.
- Do you keep my files?
- We don’t keep your images — files aren’t stored after you download. Cleaned images aren't stored on our servers.
- What formats work?
- PNG, JPG and WebP, up to 25 MB.
- Is it legal?
- Only remove marks from content you own or are allowed to edit.
